We deliver across India. Most metros and tier-2 cities see 3–5 day delivery; remote pincodes may take 7–10 days. We'll confirm the estimate at checkout.
Flat ₹99 on orders under ₹999. Orders above ₹999 ship free. Corporate and bulk orders always ship free.
Yes — at checkout you can pick a preferred date and time slot (morning, afternoon, evening, or midnight surprise). We'll do our best to hit it exactly; if a date isn't possible, we'll WhatsApp you before dispatching.
Every order ships gift-wrapped at no extra charge. You can upgrade to premium or festive wrap at checkout for a small fee. We also hand-write your message card.
Yes — check the "hide the price" toggle at checkout and we'll enclose a gift receipt instead of a tax invoice inside the box.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and (if opted in) WhatsApp. We also send a photo of the wrapped gift before it leaves.
